These Terms of Service govern your access to Miniret, a browser-based platform for casual and retro-inspired mini-games operated by OlusTech, a sole proprietorship based in Quebec, Canada. By using Miniret, you agree to these terms.
1. Using Miniret
You may play supported games online without downloading software. You are responsible for using a compatible browser, maintaining your internet connection, and complying with applicable law. If you are not legally able to make a purchase, a parent or legal guardian must approve it.
2. Email access and security
Miniret uses email verification codes instead of passwords. You are responsible for controlling access to your email account and for activity in your Miniret session. Contact us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
3. Virtual game credits
Credits are digital items licensed for use within Miniret. They are not money, have no cash value outside Miniret, and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. Credit prices and quantities are shown before checkout. We may correct balances affected by fraud, duplicate processing, chargebacks, or technical errors.
4. Purchases and refunds
Credit purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Once a completed purchase has been credited to your account, it is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If you see an unauthorized or incorrectly processed charge, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Fair play and acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, automate purchases, exploit defects, manipulate balances or scores, introduce malicious code, scrape the platform at unreasonable volume, or use Miniret to violate another person's rights.
6. Ownership
Miniret, its games, visual identity, software, and original content are owned by OlusTech or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to operate and improve Miniret. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where reasonably possible, we will avoid changes that unfairly deprive players of purchased credits.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Miniret is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, OlusTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a legal warranty, consumer protection, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory protections available in your place of residence.
